find a team to compete with as well as climb the ranked ladder

I have been playing siege since launch, I have over 300 hours on PC and over 900 on console so I have the in game knowledge, I am looking for a team to play ranked with and eventually compete with. I am currently only Gold 2 but I am constantly improving and playing to get higher
