First of all, improve at the game with a team and then take part in tournaments and LAN events.
In the long run, get to the semi-pro or pro level.

Hey everyone,

I am a relatively new to the FPS genre. Valorant was my first serious FPS experience and I have been playing the game for a little over a year and a half. I peaked at Ascendant 2 and am currently trying to reach immortal and eventually radiant.
My current goal is to find an ambitious and dedicated team to practice and improve with. I'm looking to do scrims, VOD reviews, tournaments and pretty much anything it takes to get better.
Up until now I have been mainly playing initiators and duelists/chamber but I am willing to learn other roles and be a flex player.
I should have time to practice most days and am fluent in English, German, French and Arabic.
