Improve as a player, leader, strategist, and team.

I've been playing games like CSGO throughout my whole life, and when Valorant came out I was so excited for a breath of fresh air. After around 1000 hours of CSGO competitive play, Valorant brings a lot more to the table. I've been on a few teams with varying levels of success. I'm excited to join a new one. I think I bring a lot to the table with my fragging ability and game sense, as well as a solid in game leading style. I put out suggestions, but let players have input. I think the in game leader should always have the final say, but player input is vital, especially when joining a new team. It may take a week or two to get a sense for the players, but after that I'm sure we'll start winning consistently.
I'm a pretty versatile player, I know when and how to lurk, I know how to make space in a site by entry fragging, I know how to awp, and I know how to play characters like breach or omen to help my team take control of any area. I've been playing since the early twitch drop beta (when you could bunnyhop in slows), so I have a lot of experience with how a round in Valorant can go.
