Be on a team, become professional or I would LOVE to be able to stream (Internet restrictions)

Hi, I'm looking for people to play and improve with.
I went from silver to plat in act 2 solo queing and I have been placed gold 3 in act 3. Been playing fps games since 2016, started with csgo got to LE then quit and moved to rainbow six siege and got Plat 1 then I moved to Valorant but really need people to play with and to help me improve as it's been my dream for so long to be on a team or stream but.. I do have bad internet.. 100 ping all the time (I'm not allowed to get proper WiFi so I play on my phone hot-spot) I'm not sure when it will ever change until I move but I still want to try and get as good as I can :)
