Play high-level Valorant with a committed team

I recently got into Valorant. I have around 3000 hours on CSGO and am generally strong within most FPS games. I am looking to get serious about Valorant, play in tournaments and rank up with a team that consistently practices and plays. I have a mic, discord, and am willing to actively practice and play.
