Trying to become the best Valorant player that I can be

Just got out of high school this year. Looking to try and pursue a career as a pro. Don't really know where to start. Looking for a team that can put me in the right direction. Have a lot of hours on CSGO. Switched to Valorant in beta, and have hit Immortal every Act.
