im looking to be in plat or diamond next episode

I am a val player that is looking for a team i can play and work with to learn and rank up with and if passable get in to a tournament with in the next 6 months. i can play 3 agents with skill in order cypher iso and omen but i can be flex able. my peek rank was gold 2 so im looking for a team around that skill set but im open to having higher for coaching reasons.
