I want to play competitive Valorant and get better and play in eSports tourneys

I'm a fairly new player with around average skills. I'm Bronze 3 with Silver 3 Elo and I'm a team player. I'm a Duelist main but I can play any role any team needs. I can frag out a lot of the times but I tend to have bad days. I can show up for practice almost any time in between 12 PM IST and 1 AM IST. I would love to enter a competitive lineup and play in tournaments and I hope I can get better with a team.
