Climb ranks, maybe eventually compete in semi-pro tournies with a dedicated team

I am very experienced in FPS games, notably 3500+ hours in CSGO. I aim constantly striving to improve and climb ranks. I'm currently towards the bottom of platinum rank, but dragging the weight of 4 other randoms is incredibly difficult. I main sentinels Cypher/Killjoy. I'm also an OK Omen player. Looking for a decent team to climb to diamond and beyond!
