Want a team that wants to constantly get better and climb the ladder and get some dubs.

HAve been playing FPS shooters for over 10 years and am very game smart, accurate, and clutch player. I practice everyday on aimlabs and in game and have a HS% over immortal on my main and over Radiant on my second account. I top frag almost every game with the exceptions of a few bad games. Im looking to learn a lot and practice a lot with a team climb the ladder and hopefully get into and win some tourneys.
