Make a team and play in tournaments

I'm a high school senior who mostly plays unrated because I dislike the toxicity of ranked and the people tend to be way nicer and funnier in unrated. I would love to play on a organized team that competes in small tournaments, pugs, and scrims because I love the strategy aspect of tac shooters and it's challenging to get people to follow any kind of real strategy in low elo. At the end of the day I play to have fun but that doesn't change how competitive I am and how hard I try to get better.
