I wish to reach Gold 2 in this new year and in future hopefully even further

My current act rank is Silver and I have been hardstuck and strongly believe I could compete in Gold rank
I am from London
My current goal is to reach Gold 1 in the new year but I really need a Team to help me as I struggle solo queuing with iron and bronze team-mates.
