To get to a high level in ranked

Hi, My names Sam. I am 16 and am looking for a team for ranked and potentially the new premier mode. I mostly play initiators like sova, gekko, breach but I am flexible, sometimes playing raze. I have tried out for amateur teams but that did not work out.
