I want to go pro in valorant.

Im 16 years old, I started playing CS back in 2016 and now here I am. I have over 1.5k hours on cs and around 200 was on faceit. LEM in matchmaking and level 7 on faceit. Never took cs that serious but I could've been higher. My peak in valorant is Immortal 2 and dropped down to d1 cause of my mistakes. I'm willing to learn from my mistakes and get my immortal back. I want to join a team where we can scrim daily or a few times a week, and we do money tournaments.
