i want to compete in tournaments and have a serious team with a plan and a future

Im 19 years old soon to be 20 and i wanna find a team in valorant so I can reach a high level of competition. I play fps since i was 4 years old and its been a hobby ever since. I am new to valorant but i have experience with the following games: csgo (a little), apex, overwatch and almost every COD. As I said before I have played so many fps games and recently I have been training my aim a lot. I haven't played ranked yet in valorant because I want to get good first and know the maps a little better. I know my resume looks sketchy and you have no reason to get a guy who didn't play valorant before but I am a quick learner and I am very confident of my ability to show you that, if you give me a chance.
