I am in search of an Immortal or Radiant VALORANT roster, where I would take a position of an initiator to help my team entry onto the site. I am not in search of a Salary, although I am not opposed to one. I am available most of the day for most days

My name is Roman Bove, I am 16 years old as, and I have been playing PC games over half my entire life. I was introduced into PC gaming around the age of 7 and was quickly attracted to different FPS games. After a long time, I was introduced to Counterstrike: Global Offensive. I found very little success in my own skills in that game, but it would end up building the foundation for the skillsets I have today. On the release of the beta of the highly anticipated tactical-shooter, VALORANT, on June 2nd, I would end up falling in love with the game. Starting off in rather low elo, I quickly managed to climb from Gold ranking to Immortal ranking. I found large success in playing support roles, such as initiators and sentinels, by helping my team have all the information or flashes they need in order to entry onto a site and win the round. Although I have little to no team experience in VALORANT or CS:GO, I had spent a very large time on a team in a different, very team based game called "Due Process." Although not heard of much, this game has a very large emphases on team play and utility usage. I joined a under the alias "Team Flogels" (Currently Disbanded) and participated in the games League, where the best of the best play in tournaments. I managed to climb to the top of the top 50 leaderboards and reach number one for a short amount of time. After all the time spent on that game, I returned to VALORANT with a new mindset of teamplay being of the most importance. With this mindset, I hope to find a team with similar ideas and beliefs and find success with them and my peers.
