I think my dream job has to be coaching Valorant, as I love teaching, strategizing, and, of course, Valorant. However, since I don't have tons of experience in a Valorant team setting, I would like to join small Valorant groups in order to prove my worth. And in the future, if possible, I would like to be able to coach a pro Valorant team; and although the path to my goal is difficult and there lies many challenges, I believe I could overcome them through raw determination.
Hello! I'm 17 right now would be excited to work with you by being a Valorant coach, and have around 3 years experience in Valorant. My rank right now is diamond, and I haven't been able to grind a lot . However, I was able to watch pro Valorant vods during my free time, and I had a lot of free time in my 3 years of playing Valorant. Not only do I know the meta comps and team strategies, I also am great at coming up with unique strategies, team comps, lineups, and executions. Although I am not too good at raw mechanics such as aim, I aim to be the brain of the team by orchestrating the players. Furthermore, I also have a relatively large amount of free time to test strategies out, however, my free time is dependent on my school work so it could be inconsistent and sporadic. Also, my experiences in coaching isn't the most as I have only coached my friends in Valorant, but I am very good at teaching in general as I have taught at many different locations, some for volunteer hours and others for money.
Not only can I be a great Valorant coach, I could also fill as a player too. For example, if one team member cannot attend to a premier game, I could fill and play their role. I'm very flexable, as I can play any character, and I could also play any role, such as lurker, entry, oper, or any other role.
If I had to name one thing I could definitely bring to the team, I think it would be my positive attitude. I always try to be kind to everyone, and I don't easily get mad or rage. If there is one thing I am confident that I could bring to the table, it would be my positive attitude, and I will also try to bring everyone else's mood up. In conclusion, I am super focused and excited to work for anyone who would give me a chance, and I will try my best not to disappoint.
