Get good at valorant with a set team of people.

I am 18 years old and have over 1500+ CS:GO hours, currently Silver 1 in Valorant but have only been solo queing. Looking for a set team to get good with. I am currently a phoenix main but that can change as I am also decent with Cypher, Jett, Omen, and Brimstone.
