I want to join an org who can pay their players monthly and can provide video editors.

Hi, i'm a 12 year old valorant player. I started in july 2022.
Now i know that i don't look like a great player right now but i'm willing to take the game seriously.
I came over from Fortnite so i understand the amount of practice and work you need to put in so you can be taken seriously.
So i'm looking forward to being in a clan.
