📋 Responsibilities:

Head of Competitive:
- Achieve and maintain a "Masters" rank in Apex Legends before the end of your probationary period.
- Report to Racerprism, Owner of Quantum Vanguards Gaming.
- Oversee all competitive teams for QVG's Apex Legends division.
- Collaborate with high-level leadership for decision-making.
- Manage coaches, leaders, and trainers.
- Conduct prospect interviews and assist in hosting tryouts.
- Coordinate tournament schedules and events.
- Keep the organization briefed on news, events, and opportunities.

Head of Media & Relations:
- Lead small media and relations teams.
- Manage QVG's social media presence.
- Cultivate relationships with other organizations.
- Propose event ideas to high-level leadership.
- Oversee relations for all QVG events.
- Curate gameplay content for social media.
- Provide feedback on public relations strategies.

Head of Training:
- Attain and uphold a "Masters" rank in Apex Legends before the end of your probationary period.
- Supervise coaches and trainers.
- Develop and approve training plans.
- Provide performance feedback to the Head of Competitive.
- Mentor and train coaches.
- Ensure team performance and skill development.
- Foster a positive training environment.

Recruiter:
-Report to the Head of Recruiting.
-Scout potential prospects for QVG's competitive teams.
-Conduct initial tryouts.
-Represent the organization with a positive attitude.

Media & Relations:
-Report to the Head of Media & Relations.
-Assist in managing QVG's social media accounts.
-Facilitate outreach to other Apex Legends organizations.
-Contribute to event planning.
-Support players in generating media for social media platforms.
-Assist in managing players' public image.

Dispute Manager:
-Aid Discord Managers and Admins in support inquiries.
-Assist high-level leadership with player reports and internal disputes.
-Review evidence to support decisions on penalties or dismissals.

Head of Relaxed Gaming:
-Oversee the casual gaming side.
-Mentor less competitive players.
-Offer guidance for transitioning to competitive play if desired.
-Contribute to organizational decision-making.
