SUMMIT Esports is looking for a coach who brings structure, strategy, and accountability to a competitive Call of Duty roster. We need someone comfortable with VOD review, scrim planning, role development, map/mode strategy, and helping players correct mistakes in a professional way. Our coach must support the SUMMIT standard: no public shaming, no ego-driven toxicity, and no shortcuts. We are building toward Challengers and want a leader who can help turn effort into progress, talent into discipline, and a roster into a real team.
