The main purpose of this community is to provide a better gaming environment filled with other gamers for you to game with. The leadership behind the community are here to build and maintain that experience. Values @everyone
Here in the HIVE we have standards and values we like to hold. From previous experience, there are several values that I have come to appreciate and are values I look to uphold within our community. This list can adapt. Here are the most important things we look for when considering positions in our community:
- Loyalty
- Trust in Others
- Friendship
Loyalty has always been huge and is hard to come by in a passionate community, only certain opportunities will expose true loyalty. I believe it is the hardest to identify, but we look to gain people's loyalty. Trust in Others is something I always thought should be valued when creativity is loose. I want others to give their trust even if it ends in a failure. People can only learn and progress if they have opportunity. Of course, not everyone can be given limitless boundaries and this trust all the time as everything would fall apart. It's important for higher authorities to know when it's okay to give others underneath them the lead on something. Friendship is not something that is held between everyone here and that's understandable. However, we are gamers and that is one really good interest we share here. I strongly encourage you to get out there and meet others. For those heavily involved in our works here, it will be harder without that friendship and it very well could lead to divides here in the HIVE if we don't get to know each other and consider one another a friend. I don't expect everyone to be buddies, but I expect the push to make those buddies.

We Are Not Alone @everyone
In the gaming world, there are many communities, clans, teams, etc. Personally I have been a part of a community named Vorsoc and founded the community Trace Gaming. These are two amazing communities and I cherish my time spent with them (check them out on Looking for Clan if you're curious about them ). With my experience and others who had involvement in other places, we will get ideas from other outside places and try implementing them here. Lots of things in this community may be expanded off the ideas of others or almost the complete same. With that, we combine ideas of others and our own new ideas to enhance your experience here.

Blacklists
In this community, we will avoid blacklist of other communities and members unless it's a severe case. A severe case would be something like constant member harassment, constant poaching, spreading drama and fake drama constantly, etc. We will do our best to stray away from any blacklists and our goal is to have none. At any time, our members can decide to part ways and create their own community. Friendships they had here will most likely draw those members there too, most likely talks and poaching will happen behind our backs. We will try our best to support their decision and maintain a healthy relationship between one another, even with talks behind backs.(edited)

Motto @everyone
Stay Strong is the HIVE's motto and was chosen for it's simplicity. Throughout the HIVE's lifespan we will encounter many troubles and setbacks. Good people will leave, departments will blow up, people will retire, etc. In those times, we must learn to Stay Strong and hold our ground. Things will always get better and those experiences make us better than before in the end. If we can't remain strong, then we will never see the light again after those bad moments.(edited)
