We are a competitive E-Sports Team looking for CS:GO players. There is no flat-rate for pay (no monthly/weekly payment). Instead, each player gets a certain amount of the cut. (CS: 18% each, org gets 10%) We have A teams and B teams, to help players get better and possibly make the pro team, reserved for only the best.
