We look for talent, passion, friendliness, team-skills and the commitment to grow.
While competitive, we are not a full fledged e-sports organization. We cater more towards a more fun and community based experience.
We are a group committed to our community, which is why we also look for people are active on their preferred social media platforms as well as our Discord.
This group is run by part-time gamers, which cannot afford to pay for a committed position. Please bare this in mind when applying, we work to benefit each other, selflessly.
If you are accepted, you will be expected to follow and meet certain expectations provided and given to you in a timely manner. Communication with your team and leadership is extremely encouraged and highly favored.
If you aren't accepted into Impulse the first time, don't be discouraged. Take the time to grow and improve. Once you feel like the time is right, feel free to apply again.
