We’re looking for players who:
Stay cool under pressure
Communicate clearly and consistently
Play for the team—not just personal stats
Show respect, but bring intensity when it’s game time
Whether we’re grinding ranked or running coordinated strikes, DPW is about dominating the server with discipline and pack mentality.

Requirements
- Must have basic understanding of maps, callouts, and game sense in Counter-Strike 2
- Must be able hold your own and competitive matches no constant carrying
- Willing to learn, adapt and take feedback
- Must use a mic clear communication is required
- Callouts must be quick, accurate and useful
- No toxic behavior, raging, or blaming teammates
- Play for the squad not just for personal stats
- Follow team strategies and leadership decisions
- Stay supportive win or lose
- Be active at least a few times per week
- Show up when the squad is running matches or practice
- An activity without notice can lead to removal
- Respect all squad members
- No cheating, exploits or shady behavior
- Stay focused during matches, no trolling
- Loyalty to the pack where the DPW tag in game
- Represents the squad with respect in every match
- No squad hopping commit to the team
