About the Opportunity
Nova Esports is offering dedicated players a chance to join our official competitive roster. This is not a casual team — we are building a serious esports program focused on consistent improvement, tournament participation, and long-term success. Selected players will train under structured conditions alongside coaches and analysts, representing Nova in official matches and leagues.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend all scheduled team practices, scrims, and review sessions ( 3 days per week).
• Actively participate in VOD reviews, strategy development, and performance analysis.
• Compete in tournaments, qualifiers, and leagues as part of the main or academy roster.
• Maintain high individual and team performance standards.
• Represent Nova Esports professionally in all public and community interactions.
• Collaborate with teammates, coaches, and staff to continuously improve.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum age: 16 years (18+ strongly preferred).
• Strong availability and dedication to the team schedule.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Stable high-speed internet, quality gaming setup, and working microphone.
• Positive attitude, coachability, and willingness to put team success first.
• No history of toxicity or major disciplinary issues.
Previous tournament experience, leadership skills, or content creation ability are highly valued but not mandatory.
