Winning or loosing doesn't matter as long as we're playing as a team. Stay Strong and look for your team mates that's our 1st rule.
We don't need a toxic or inexperienced IGL
You have to be experienced, Your game sense have to be good enough for the games you have to be good at making strats and telling the team what to do and how to do it and you have to gain the members trust and respect so we can work with you.
