Hello,
I am looking for 6 people to start a CSGO ESEA team/MM team.
I would like the following Roles if possible: 5 Rilfers/2 Entry(1-2 For rotations/Fill-ins) 1 more AWP player.
I am MG2-MGE on CS and only a D- on ESEA(Havent played ESEA in years, Im looking for players around D-B to practice and get better as a team)
You do not have to be an amazing player, Just be willing to practice and get better.
I would like to start this team to have 4-6 players that I know how they play, and we can que every night together. I was to be able to progress and learn plays, and practice and maybe take ESEA by storm when we get better.
I know the game very well and I will be a primary AWP player/Coach. I know certain strats and I am willing to take my time to develop plays we can use on ESEA to destroy our competition.
I have over 5 years experience and Im looking for SERIOUS Players.
People who may one day have the intention of competing in a Tournament style play.

Age requirements:
You must be 17+... And I need people who are **** youre 15-17 and still want to join, you must prove to me youre mature, and will not get upset easily, and will not leave/talk Sh*t, or be cancer. you will swiftly get kicked from the roster.
Rules: Once committing to the team, you must give the team 100% at all times. Weather up 15 rounds or down..
No cancer/Toxicity. You are not allowed to be an asshole to the other team members, Only allowed to give constructive criticism... On that note, You cant be a little bitch and get mad when someone is trying to give you advice or help you learn something new.
Must be able to play 7 days a week in the late afternoon/ Night
5-10PM MON-FRI EST SAT-SUN 10AM EST- 7PM (Give or take, Dont need to be on all day)
I want to take a team to the top, and if we learn each others play styles, we will be able to at least get our ranks up and start to get noticed.. I have my own strats that I believe in. and I will draw them out on paper and we will practice them till we get them down to a key, and we will destroy our competition.
