First of all let me introduce myself, I am Sköll, IGL and founder of Primal E-Sports, the team for which I am recruiting. I have been playing CS:GO for about 2 and a half years and have around 3500+ hours of actual playtime. I consider myself ready for a semi-pro and above level of play and am looking for others like me who want to go somewhere in CS. I am easy to get along with and am not an overbearing IGL by any means. I am also someone who actually contributes to all aspects of the team, not just **** me state that our goal is not just to get moved up to IM in ESEA and be done, we could do this easily with any other two ****'re looking to build a good and well balanced team, Which is why I have the requirements that I do. Our goal is to become a big and widely known team that participates in big LANs, as well as being a team with well-known sponsors and the only way you become that is through hard work and a willingness to work as a team, and those are the kind of people we need.
Second of all,
It doesn't really matter how good of an ability you have with getting frags, good aim is important and required, but how you work as a teammate, whether you properly play your role, and whether you follow the strategy at all times is so much more important than how you're able to frag, especially if you take stupid fights by yourself that you won't win against skilled players.
If you want to go somewhere in CS:GO, have the necessary skill already that you have acquired through your own hard work, and have the willingness to work even harder to get where you want to go, then by all means apply, but you better be all in once you do. I won't accept people who don't know what they want.
REQUIREMENTS:
Have excellent game sense and aim.
Ping good to Central US servers. (Less than 50)
Be available 6-10 PM Central Standard time.
Be available on the weekends.
Have a good reliable internet connection. (No ping spikes or random drops)
Be mature and respectful of everyone
Be Sportsmanlike.
Be a team player.
Have a good attitude even when losing games.
Be able to take criticism from both the IGL and fellow **** be on time.
Always follow the strategy.
PRACTICE AND MATCH TIMES:
We will be practicing every day from 6-10 PM Central time until we get a deep map pool and we all learn how to work well as a team, then we will be able to take off days.
We typically play our matches on the weekend, So if your weekends are not available then do not apply.
ROLES NEEDED:
SECOND ENTRY: The second-entry must know good popflashes for every map and be able to use them with the entry to help get both of you in the site getting frags and you being able to trade the entry when and if he dies. This role does NOT bait the entry. You push together, you peek together, and if it comes down to it, you die together. Just because the entry got insta-killed going into a site doesn't mean you hide behind a wall and wait for your problems to go away.
SUPPORT: Must be able to learn and use smokes in our strategies, when we do site takes you will almost always be throwing a nade of some kind. You will have the bomb nearly every round and your job is to get it down as fast as possible. (YOU WILL HAVE BOMB EVERY ROUND, ALWAYS TAKE BOMB AND DON'T DROP IT OR LOSE IT.)
MAIN AWPER: Must be an experienced awper capable of holding mid by themselves most of the time. They must be capable of playing both passive and aggressive when needed depending on the side and the **** must be able to play by themselves at times while not giving up picks easily to the enemy team, and be able to get picks without getting instantly traded.
