Im setting a new Organisation up, after i were Manager/Teamcaptain in some semiprofessional Teams like Penta, H2k-gaming, ESC etc.
For myself i will do anything behind the scene, currently coding the website and a professional graphic designer is doing the Logos, Banner, Twitch overlay, designing the jerseys etc.
For the CS:Go Team, i search people who are atleast +16, dedicated too try to get good in CS:GO with Scrims/trainings/watching replays and don´t lack motivation and really try too achive maybe something in CS:GO.
