ambitions
Our ambitions are as follows: recruit, improve, achieve. These are the stages that all recruited players will go through when they join the Frost Esports. First you will be recruited, this will be done via an online trial (this process will be explained to you when you apply). Then, once you are recruited, we will try to help you improve however we cannot do this without your time, loyalty and determination. Then finally we aim to achieve, whether this be through online tournaments, competitive standings or Esports events we are always looking for a challenge! Our ultimate aim is to climb through the Esports rankings and to ultimately be the best team with the best roster. If you feel like you can contribute to this aim then please apply!

Frost Esports is a new esports organisation that covers a variety of games including (but not limited to) Fortnite, Rocket League and Overwatch. We look to have several rosters for each game so even if you don't make the A roster there is always a chance you will be chosen for a different roster. We are looking for high skilled gamers (age 13+) who want to offer their skills and expertise to our team. We would also like you to be a content creator (YouTube, Twitch etc) to spread your name and our name to the community however this is not compulsory. Please feel free to contact us for a trial as we are always looking for new players. Most people who contact us will get a tryout and I will then show footage of the tryout to the current roster and they will tell me positives and negatives of your gameplay (these will be available upon request). I (the manager of the organisation) will then have the final decision of if you can join and what roster to put you in. We are quite selective of who we pick so don't feel disappointed if you are not chosen. As we grow there is also a chance that you will lose your place in your roster or the team however if you continually show loyalty and skill this should not happen. You may also lose your place if you don't show the values expected by the team (these will be told to you when you join). However if you show significant improvement you may also be able to move up the roster. We aim to make Frost Esports not only feel like a team but also a family, so if you want to join a high skilled professional esports team then we are on the one for you!
