Our Goal is to one day become the biggest fortnite Esports team in the USA. That is the grand goal. Our first goal though is to get sponsors. After that it is to become known. After that become the MOST well known. The more well known and sponsors we get the more you get paid.

Welcome to R12! We are new Esports team looking to build a strong foundation. We are looking for dedicated fortnite players who want to improve and get earnings. We will pay you after we get a sponsorship. We get a sponsorship by our players getting good. So basically if you (as the player) do really good and try hard. And get your first earnings or get popular we will get sponsors. Basically to get sponsors we need a good resume of players. Out of you we want someone who will put this team as their first priority. Put this team before other hobbies. We want you to be able to VOD review like 5 times a week and practice almost everyday. Once you do that it is likely you will start to get paid. It is also helpful but not mandatory that you stream. This will also help with sponsors and getting paid faster. All in all after all this said all we are looking for is super dedicated players who want to one day become PRO. Once you join I will send you an invite to the discord.
