Since we are a startup, we can basically skip the part gain fame and start making money. To state it simple our players will
- Practice a minimal of 3 times a week.
- Have a manager to help them have a good health and mindset for tournaments.
- Have a structure that will organize their "Tournament Agenda"
- Have Sponsors to help them travel and "earn money"

Puisque nous ne sommes pas un groupe associatif mais une startup, on peut dire qu'on va passer la phase: gagner en notorieté et commencer à gagner de l'argent. Pour faire simple nos joueurs auront:
- Un minimum de 3 séances d'entrainement par semaine.
- Un manager qui les accompagnera pour s'assurer de leur bonne santé et état d'esprit.
- Une structure qui s'occupera de gérer leur "Agenda de Tournois"
- Des Sponsors pour les aider dans leurs déplacements et "gagner de l'argent"

Spyno is an Swiss eSports Team (startup) that is actually being founded (legal stuff processing) made by 2 friends who also competited back on time.
Florian "Creadom" Roduit (CEO) and Daryl "Dr Sugus" Sprenger (Marketing Director).
Our goal is to give our players a real structure with real goals and coaching to help players grow, make even better results and win money.
As Unfortunately, the legal part is still running, we can't for now state about the budget we'll really have for every single player but we guarantee that as soon as we have those informations we'll give it to every single player in our structure.

Spyno est un Team eSport Suisse ayant la raison sociale: "Startup" en cours de création, la paperasse légale étant en cours. Elle a été fondée par deux amis qui ont aussi participé à des compétitions il y a quelques années: Florian "Creadom" Roduit (CEO) et Daryl "Dr Sugus" Sprenger (Directeur Marketing).
Notre but est de donner à nos joueurs une vraie structure avec de vrais objectifs et un coaching adapté à l'eSport pour aider nos joueurs a s'épanouir, s'améliorer et gagner de l'argent.
Puisque malheureusement la partie légale n'est pas encore complète, on ne peut pas s'avancer sur le budget que nous aurons réellement à disposition pour nos joueurs mais nous garantissons que dés que nous aurons cette information, chaque joueur faisant partie de notre structure recevra l'information.
