We are Neptune, a Fortnite Gaming Team. We recruit based on player playing styles and skill. Of course we want players who have a large amount of wins, but we don't always pick people who have a high amount of wins as the RNG/Battle Royale type game may not be fit for the player. So we also recruit based on 1v1 Build Battle skills. At times age does matter for the player that may want to join our team. But if skill covers up how old the player is (In other words: If the person is good for their age), we will recruit the player no matter how old he/she might be.
