Requirements
- Must be 16+ years old to apply.
- Must have solid game sense, positioning, and decision making.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with team.
- Must have a working mic with no background noise.
- Must have no toxic behavior, disrespect, or ego issues.
- Must attend scrims, tournaments, and team sessions regularly.
- Must respect IGL/coach decisions and follow team strategy.
- Must perform consistently, not just in one good game.
- Must provide gameplay proof, stats, or clips for evaluation.
- Must have no history of cheating, hacking, or exploiting.
- Must not be part of multiple competitive teams at the same time.
- Must show teamwork mindset over individual ego plays.
- Must be willing to improve through feedback and practice.
