We’re recruiting dedicated, passionate individuals to join the After Hours staff team!

After Hours is a growing competitive esports organization with a focus on community, player development, and competitive success in Rocket League and beyond. As we scale our rosters and presence, we’re looking to build out a strong backend support team.

If you're passionate about esports and want to help players succeed in a structured, competitive, yet fun environment this is your perfect chance.

🧠 We Are Looking For:
Staff members who can commit weekly time, lead with professionalism, and help After Hours thrive competitively and culturally.

🎯 STAFF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
🧑‍💼 Esports Admin / Team Manager
You’re the bridge between players and the organization.

Oversee 1–2 rosters (scheduling scrims, confirming matches)

Monitor attendance, resolve conflicts, keep players accountable

Help track team progress (record wins/losses, goals)

Enforce rules and issue warnings if needed

Attend org-wide or leadership meetings

Help recruit new talent

🧠 Coach / Analyst
You help players improve both mechanically and strategically.

Offer replay reviews, feedback, and one-on-one coaching

Assist in identifying team weaknesses or bad habits

Help with draft planning, rotations, and synergy

Optional: Create short guides or VOD clips for the org

Ideal for players with coaching experience or high game IQ

📈 Recruiter / Scout
You find and help onboard new talent.

Identify potential recruits (tryouts, Discords, etc etc)

Organize and run tryouts or scouting scrims/combines

Help match players to fitting teams (skill, personality, role)

Maintain an active player interest pool

🎨 Creative (Designer / Editor / VFX)
You bring the After Hours brand to life.

Design social media graphics, banners, thumbnails, VFX

Edit team montages or clips

Help with rebrands, logos, Twitch/YouTube overlays

Must have a solid portfolio or some work to show

💬 Community director/staff & Content Coordinator
You help build a fun and inclusive culture around the org.

Run customs, game nights, or giveaways

Schedule Discord events and keep players engaged

Help with interviews, spotlights, or social content ideas

Collaborate with editors and staff for community posts

📅 Time Commitment:
Minimum of 7 hours per week (more for lead roles)

Must be reachable in Discord and responsive within 24h

Staff meetings bi-weekly or as needed

16+ preferred (exceptions made for maturity)
