3VN is a grassroots organization looking to find undiscovered talent and synthesize it into a successful team. We are looking for players who are not only already skilled individually, but are open to critique, display exceptional communication skills, and are willing to dedicate time outside the game to improve. Players looking to join this team can look forward to consistent and frequent scrimmages, VoD review, and strategy discussion. If you are a player who thinks you have what it takes to make it in the professional Valorant scene, and you're looking to place in a few tournaments to get your name out, then this is the organization for you.
