Welcome to MCF eSports. Our vision is to propel amateur players who possess the skills required to play in the competitive scene. Becoming sponsored/signed by MCF eSports you will join a team of players just like you. Your team will be assigned a manager who will take care of all your needs. Your manager will organize entries into competitions, finances, practices, and training, along with other things. Being a part of MCF also comes with social responsibilities and engaging with your/our community.
To join MCF eSports candidates will undergo STRICT recruitment tests. Applying to join us is like a job application. We send in your resume, we filter through it, and we interview you. If you pass the interview you will need to pass a series of tests relevant to your respected game.

Once you have signed for us, you will become bound by a legal document that you may ONLY represent team MCF. We have put a lot of funding into MCF eSports, we know a lot of people in the industry and have worked around ESL/eSports leagues for 6+ years. We have direct communication with some of the biggest team/player managers in the many competitive leagues/competitions. This full service we offer is FREE. Many companies charge thousands of pounds for what we bring to the table. MCF only takes a percentage of team/player winnings to cover manager fees and advertising fees.
