Requirements
- Skilled and Specialized Players: Each team member should have high individual mechanical skill and deep game knowledge, ideally specializing in specific roles or characters.
- Effective Communication and Teamwork: Strong in-game communication, shot-calling, and synergy are essential for coordinated strategies and clutch plays.
- Commitment to Practice and Improvement: Dedication to regular training, including team scrims, solo queue, VOD reviews, and staying up to date with meta changes. practices are held 2-3 times a week.
- Professional Attitude and Discipline: Punctuality, work ethic, emotional control, and the ability to handle wins and losses maturely in a team environment.
