Sustainable Infrastructure: By Q3 2026, we plan to secure long-term partnerships with hardware and lifestyle brands to provide our roster with better resources, gear, and eventual performance bonuses.
Community Core: We are building more than just a team; we are creating an ecosystem. We want our Discord to be a hub for competitive discussion and talent scouting within the Valorant community.

About Us:
Quantum Gaming Esports is a competitive organization returning to the scene with a fresh identity and a clear vision. After a one-year hiatus, we are back with high-tier branding and a structure focused on content creation and professional growth. Our goal for 2026 is to establish ourselves within the competitive Valorant circuit and build a dedicated community around our brand.
What we are looking for:
We are currently scouting players for our main Valorant roster who meet the following criteria:
Rank: [Asc/ Immortal / Radiant].
Roles: We are looking for all of them.
Commitment: Ability to attend scheduled practices (scrims) and tournaments [18:00 - 22:00 CET].
Mindset: Resilient players with excellent communication skills and a growth mindset. Zero tolerance for toxicity.
