In Before is a fledgeling Norweigan organisation that is currently breaking out into the Esports scene. With a Pro PUBG team already secured, and multiple other rosters soon to be announced, iB4 are looking to burst onto the Valorant scene. Three spots on the roster have already been locked in, with two ex Norweigan CSGO players and one UK player, who peaked at the semi-finals of the dreamhack qualifiers in recent seasons.
Peaking at Valorant rank during the beta, our experienced team is looking for two more slots to complete the roster and ultimately, begin competing. We are ideally looking for 1-2 Norweigan players to establish ourselves in the national as well as international leagues. We seek two support players to complete the lineup. Ideally a *SAGE* player, as well as a *BRIMSTONE, SOVA/CYPHER* player. You will be required to dedicate a minimum of 4 days per week for scrimming, practice or official matches. Times and dates can be flexible, but we are looking for committed individuals who wish to make it in the Valorant scene.
We expect applicants to act in a professional manner and display the levels of commitment that their teammates and the organisation will also provide.
We are here to ultimately develop a roster, don't be afraid to take constructive criticism and be ready to improve.
Requirements
- Must have extensive experience on FPS titles, including tournament experience ideally.
- Immortal+ in Valorant Beta or pre-existing Valorant tournament experience.
- Must be commited.
- Aged 18+
