Get good at valorant and have fun

I want to play for a team so I can learn, improve, make some new friends. I can be fun or serious. I am currently iron 2 but I play like a bronze player the only drawback of mine is that I don't really have teammates to play competitive with. I also play fade but that's not one of the options.
