We are currently expanding our main roster and academy pipeline for upcoming seasons. Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Esports Players to join our competitive teams. This is a performance-driven opportunity for serious gamers who want to train under coaching, participate in tournaments, and grow within a professional organization.
Key Responsibilities
•  Participate in regular team practices, scrims, and VOD review sessions ( 3 days per week).
•  Compete in tournaments, leagues, and qualifiers as part of the roster.
•  Collaborate with coaches, analysts, and teammates to improve individual and team performance.
•  Represent Nova Esports professionally in all interactions.
•  Maintain high levels of consistency, communication, and adaptability.
Requirements
•  Demonstrated high-level competitive experience (ranked play, scrims, or tournaments).
•  Strong mechanical skill and game sense in at least one of the following titles: Valorant, CS2, Rocket League, Marvel Rivals, Apex Legends, Overwatch, Mobile Legends / Honor of Kings, or Wild Rift.
•  Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
•  Age 18+.
•  Reliable high-speed internet, quality microphone, and suitable gaming setup.
•  Coachable attitude with strong work ethic and availability for scheduled sessions.
