Magna will be a Rocket League team participating in the upcoming RLCS Winter Split and RLCS Spring Split Open Qualifier in the hopes that our team will take home the win! In the future, Magna hopes to grow a large fan base and exciting Rocket League team that will compete regularly! Currently we do not provide a salary for staff or player, but as we gain wins and sponsors, we will slowly add salary's to our Esports Team!

-What is Magna Gaming?
A new name to the pro Esports scene, Magna Gaming is an org with great ambitions and large goals, hence our name, Magna. Magna will be a Rocket League team participating in the upcoming RLCS Winter Split and RLCS Spring Split Open Qualifier in the hopes that our team will take home the win! In the future, Magna hopes to grow a large fan base and exciting Rocket League team that will compete regularly!
Please not that the rest of our description is a summary of our team and is split into different sections. MAGNA GAMING IS CURRENTLY SIGNING PLAYERS, COACHES, AND IS LOOKING FOR SPONSORS. We highly advise reading all of the sections, but please skip to the sections that are the most informational and useful to you as you wish.
-Signing up as a player:
On Magna we set the bar high, so sorry grand plats, you wont be making it onto the team. Currently we are only accepting players with the competitive rank of GC1 and up. We are also only signing players age 15 or up BUT, player at age 14 within 4 months of becoming 15 are eligible to sign up as a sub. If you do not meet our requirements just by a smidge, please feel free to registered anyways.
Rank distribution is not the only this we look at on our team, we also need a player who will be able to consistently participate in practice and other events such as tournaments, scrimmages, and other competitive play, will be willing to put forth the effort that it takes to continue to be the best that they can both as a player and as a person, will be able to stay NON-TOXIC and follow Rocket Leagues terms of service and RLCS Rules even when things don't go as planned, will be able to stay respectful to tournament organizers, administrators, moderators, staff, teammates, coaches, players, etc., and will be kind and able to provide a positive atmosphere both on and off of the competitive scene.
More requirements include you as a player having some sort of communication device, such as a headset or earbuds WITH A MIC, a social/ communication software like discord, to live in North America, agreeing to sponsorship rules, be able to give effective call outs during matches, and basic equipment needed to play Rocket League.
-Signing up as a Coach:
As a coach, Magna Gaming expects someone who understands the game like the back of their hand. You should be able to easily see a players playstyle and a players strengths and weaknesses. As a coach, another very important thing to understand is game flow, positioning, and to have the ability to effectively analyze situations in games and in replays. You will be expected to be available to players when needed and be available during matches to help players out during the game. As a coach you will also need basic Rocket League equipment.
You will be expected to stay NON-TOXIC and follow Rocket Leagues terms of service and RLCS Rules even when things don't go as planned, to stay respectful to tournament organizers, administrators, moderators, staff, teammates, coaches, players, etc., and to be kind and able to provide a positive atmosphere both on and of of the competitive scene, and to the whole Magna Gaming organization.

Requirements
- Ranked GC1 or above in competitive playlists
- Must be age 15 or older
- Understand and use effective callouts
- Must have open time to participate in events (practice, competitive play, etc.)
- Must have basic equipment to play Rocket League

- You must be respectful toward staff, players, etc., on your team, other teams, and other orgs
