*3CH0 Esports LLC is an organization with many facets. Founded in 2019, we are a family of many personalities. We have competitive outlets in the FPS, MMO, RPG, and Co-Op space with an emphasis on building a family.*

**What Do We Want?**

*You! As generic as it sounds, we genuinely see the potential of each and every person that joins our org; therefore, we want the best for YOU. Each person has a purpose, and our team of managers, coaches, and owners want to help you achieve such.*

**Ideal Player:**

*The ideal candidate can be found in the following:*

16+ y/o
1900+ MMR (within the last 3 seasons)
Availability is subjective, however, we expect at least 20 hours of committed time to team development and practice a week.
Commitment to Communication
Former Competitive Experience is preferred, but not required.
A desire to grow in not just the game, but as an individual
